Traditional Sale

If you need more than 7 days to sell, then we highly recommend listing the property with a local Realtor on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Lucky for you, we have one on staff. This type of sale typically takes 30-45 days, but can be much longer depending on contingencies. Gable Properties would not be buying the house directly - we would only be representing you as a Seller's Agent through Kentucky Land & Home, one of the top selling real estate companies in Central Kentucky.

Day 7-21

Showings & Offer Receptions

(You will typically be required to leave the house for showings. Offers typically start coming in during this stage.)

Schedule a walk-through

 

(Shouldn't take more than 60 minutes)

Contract Signature

Step 06

Day 7-21

Accept an Offer

(You will typically accept an offer during this phase. After this point, your house will be "under contract")

Repairs, Staging & Photos

(You will be required to repair what is necessary to sell the house, possibly clean up and stage, and then have photos taken of the house)
