Unfortunately, things happen - when you need to sell your home quickly, we are here to help! The Fast Track Sale option is geared toward property distress or owner distress situations. We contract directly with the homeowner to purchase the property. This type of sale can happen in as little as 7 days.

Why FAST TRACK the close?
Fast Close
We can pay cash for the property, so we do not need to worry about appraisals or contingencies that slow down the process.
No Cleanup
You do not need to clean up or even sweep the house to sell it to us. We can even help you get rid of, or move, your belongings.
No Showings
The house will not be open to the public. There will be no need for the homeowner to leave for showings for hours at a time.
No Appraisal
We do not have a traditional mortgage lender, therefore an appraisal is not necessary. We will evaluate the property when we perform the walk through.
No Repair
We do not have a traditional lender looking over our back to ensure the house meets their standards. There is no need to fix anything prior to selling.
No Fees
Since we don't use traditional financing, there will be no hidden fees. Tax, title, or any other costs will be paid by Gable Properties.
**Due to the additional risk we carry, the Fast Track Sale will likely be a lower offer than you would receive on the MLS as a retail sale, if your property is in good condition. If your property or situation is not distressed, then we highly recommend you check out the Traditional Sale. We are not like some of the other "We Buy Houses" companies - we never want to take advantage of you, so if you do not need a speedy close, then check out how we can help you with a Traditional Sale.

Schedule a walk-through
(Shouldn't take more than 45 minutes)

**The initial inspection can be waived, just be aware that our offer will contain an inspection contingency.

Day 0-3
Receive the Offer

Step 04
Day 7-15
Closing - Get paid!

(Closings can happen in as little as 7 days from the signed offer letter. Depending on the title clarity, the process may take a bit longer. Each property is different.)
