Rachel Rainey
Owner
I am an advocate for fair housing, working moms, and dedicated to serving our community. On top of being a busy mom, wife, and business owner I also am a licensed Kentucky Realtor with Kentucky Land and Home (one of the top brokerages in the Bluegrass), Social Worker, Motivational Speaker, and Executive Director of a local Non-Profit.

I am a strong believer in Christ, active in our local church, and believe in treating others the way I would want to be treated.
I strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus each and every day. You will most likely find me cooking, biking, camping, or juggling one of my many hats!
Gregory Rainey
Owner
I am a licensed Professional Civil/Structural Engineer who has been in the construction industry for over a decade. I have designed projects ranging from small residential additions to $150M+ commercial/industrial projects. I have industry experience in Land Surveying, Land Development, and Materials Engineering. No renovation project is too big or too small for me.

I am a strong believer in Christ and volunteer my time freely. You will most likely find me on the water fishing on the weekends.
